Hearts

In a hadith, the Prophet said, "Truly in the body there is a morsel of flesh which, if it be wholeall the body is whole and which, if it be diseased, all of it is diseased. Truly it is the heart."
(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)

are hatred, jealousy & rage towards others make us happier? are we eligible to judge?

those are the questions that usually come across my mind in some circumstances. being able to see diff kind of people with diff attitudes and diff approaches in life makes me wonder, is there anyone out there who have a truly purely darling heart in this modern world? or the world nowadays 'full' with people who just don't care about others as long as their 'ultimate goals' in life are successfully achieved? wallahualam.. it's just a thought anyway, not a blame or even a charge to anyone..

speaking about hearts, be honest with yourself.
can we even answer if someone ask us this...is your heart in good condition?
I'm sure some of us will answer, "jyeah, my heart is great. healthy. maintain."
because of what? not smoking? normal breathing?
well that's one aspect.
what if we see through another aspect of life. imaan. taqwa..
is our heart 'good' enough to have all this perfectly? or probably we just don't care?

being a human, it's normal for us to be imperfect.
but being a muslim, it's our obligatory to keep our faith (imaan) and taqwa as high as we can to please The Almighty. it's for surely for our own good in life - here and hereafter. It's not even a loss for ALLAH SWT if we don't have these two elements in our heart. but indeed, it's such a HUGE LOSS for us if we deny and if we decided to throw all these away from our life.
these two elements can bring tranquility and overall success to us as muslims. all we have to do is to give ourselves the chance to know Our Creator, and give even a lil space to improve ourselves, day by day, time by time... I'm not saying that we must be perfect muslims now! no no. let's improve ourselves bit by bit, according to our capabilities. remember, we may 'walk' slow, but don't ever 'walk' backward.

how to improve?
seek your own ways in improving yourselves because seeking your own ways will be more beneficial and meaningful for u than just receiving advices from anyone else. get to know Our Creator, fall in love with HIM, and insyaALLAH, we will be happier and our heart will be healthier with a true meaning of health..

when to improve?
now. exactly NOW! don't ever waste our time to wait for a certain time to come. don't be a loser because ALLAH SWT created the human being to be the caliphs in this world. and logically, caliphs are the winners, insyaALLAH (:

remember, there's a saying,,a guy who wants to turn at 12 hour died at 11 hour.

So, what are we waiting for?

take care,
Asalam wbt.

ps/ speaking about hearts, I would like to stress out that my intention to write this is as a reminder for me & a reminder for all of us. I may not be good, but insyaALLAH, I'm trying to improve (:
